You can visit every Monday from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm the indoorcycling course.

NEW: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 07:00 pm until 08:00 pm, we propose zumba courses.

Recommended jogging routes and different Nordic walking tracks guide you through the beautiful nature reserve „Taubergießen“. Beautiful landscapes are waiting for you!

You get a map with details about the different routes (3 to 13 kilometres) on site.

Nordic walking sticks can be borrowed free of charge at the receptions.
